Afghanistan, 1987
My father had drove there, as I understood, as member of commission to evaluate quality of mine (explose) training. Field camp was at a field approximately away of 50km from Kabul. Nearby from the camp was the village of local inhabitants.
Photos

Children - they are everywhere children :)

Distribution of sweets. The local inhabitants are living simple, poor but are friendly. “The East - a delicate matter”.

Planned delivery specifications for the shooting

Demonstrative training sessions of radio-mining

The photo had made “secretly”. Open photos is a breach of local etiquette and rules. Local are living in poverty, food - cheese, yoghurt and tortillas. Very expensive wood since they bring too far from mountains

Shooting from grenade machine
We have very little count of photo from Afghanistan since military officers there had been restricting to photograph from military order.
